Overview:We are a UK-based tools business looking for a hands-on Amazon Seller Central & Marketplace Manager to take ownership of our online sales channels and drive revenue growth.This is not a junior operator role.We need someone who can:Set strategyExecute day-to-day workOwn revenue performanceYou will be responsible for growing sales across:AmazonDirect websitesMarketplaces (eBay, B&Q, others)Other potential marketplaces we aren’t currently in yet (TikTok Shop, etc.)You will effectively act as our in-house e-commerce lead, working remotely with our UK team.Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, flexible schedule aligned with the client’s business hours (UK Time, 20 hours per week)Key Responsibilities:1. Amazon Ownership (Main channel currently)Manage and optimize all Amazon listingsImprove:Titles, bullets, keywordsImages and A+ contentConversion ratesMonitor and improve:Advertising performanceOrganic rankingLaunch new products on AmazonManage reviews and ratings strategyIdentify and fix performance issues quickly2. Direct Website Growth (WooCommerce or similar)Improve conversion rates on product pagesImplement upsells, bundles, and offersWork with marketing to improve landing pagesEnsure a smooth customer journey and checkoutTrack and improve key metrics (CVR, AOV)3. Marketplace ExpansionManage and grow existing channels:eBayB&Q MarketplaceExplore and launch:TikTok ShopOther relevant marketplacesEnsure listings are optimized per platform4. Product Launch & SelectionIdentify new product opportunities:Based on market demand and trendsCompetitor analysisValidate products before launchManage listing and launch processFocus on products that can sell online profitably5. Performance & ReportingTrack key metrics weekly:Revenue by channelProfit marginsAd spend vs. returnProvide clear, simple reportsIdentify opportunities and issues proactively6. ExecutionThis is a hands-on role that will include planning and implementing. You will:Create listingsUpload contentManage ads (or coordinate with marketing)Implement changes directlyWhat We Are Looking For?Essential Experience:Strong experience managing Amazon Seller CentralProven track record of growing e-commerce revenueExperience with Woocommerce or similar platformsUnderstanding of paids (Amazon + Meta/Google basics)Experience launching products onlineMindset:Commercially driven (understands profit, not just traffic)Takes ownership of resultsProactive and self-directedComfortable working without close supervisionBalance strategy and executionBonus (Not Essential):Experience with tools/hardware productsExperience scaling Amazon brandsExperience with TikTok Shop or emerging channelsKPIs/Success Metrics:Monthly e-commerce revenue growthProfit margin improvementAmazon performance (ranking, conversion, ROAS)Website conversion rate & AOVSuccessful launch of new productsWorking Structure:Reports directly to the business ownerWorks alongside:Sales Manager (offline channel)Marketing Executive (ads & content)Important Note:We currently use an external Amazon agency.
