ResponsibilitiesLead the regional market growth by adapting the global marketing strategy to local market specifics and trends, informed by continuous monitoring of the competitive landscape, and cultural shiftsDirectly manage, mentor, and synchronize a local team (KOL, SMM/Community, PR/Events, Сontent specialists), setting the direction, removing blockers, and creating an efficient environmentDevelop quarterly marketing plans for locally relevant strategies for Pakistan and its client communityManage the regional marketing budget, allocating spend across channels based on performance data, and continuously looking for ways to improve efficiency and resultsUse analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance, understand user behaviour, and guide your team’s prioritiesServe as the key connection point between your local team and Global HQ - sharing market insights and coordinating on global campaignsRequirements4+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing a team of 3 or more specialists (e.g., KOL, Content, PR, or SMM/Community) in fintech, crypto, retail trading, or a comparable fast-moving industryExpertise in organic and partnership-driven acquisition in Pakistan or Southeast AsiaStrong understanding of marketing 360, including brand building, KOL/Influence marketing, PR, community growth, performance marketing, and SMMProven experience directly allocating and optimizing monthly regional marketing budgets ranging from $50,000, skilled at driving down CPA and maximizing ROISolid hands-on experience with any of the following analytics tools: Google Analytics 4, Tableau, PowerBI with the ability to interpret cohort data, traffic quality, and LTV trendsExperience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, or Confluence) to keep teams aligned and campaigns on trackProfessional Fluent Pakistan and fluent in business English for daily communication with the cross-regional teamsWill be a plusStrong background in sourcing, auditing, and closing complex deals with Pakistan influencers, financial bloggers, media contacts and local partnersHands-on proficiency with mobile attribution platforms - AppsFlyer or Adjust, including conversion tracking, traffic quality analysis, and fraud detectionKnowledge of financial advertising compliance in PakistanFamiliarity with AI and automation tools to support content and campaign productionWe OfferWorking for a dynamically growing company15 paid vacation days per year10 paid sick leave days per year10 days for floating public holidaysMedical budgetOpportunity to work remotelyProfessional education budgetLanguage learning budgetWellness budget (gym membership, sports gear and related expenses)
