Associate Technology RecruiterMadison-Davis | New York, NYMadison-Davis is expanding our Technology recruiting team and looking for an ambitious recruiter early in their career who wants to learn, grow, and build a strong book of business.This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of technology recruiting experience who wants more exposure, stronger mentorship, and the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings.You’ll join a team with a large existing client base and strong job flow, working on both contract and permanent technology placements across a wide range of industries.For the right person, this is a place to quickly develop into a high-performing recruiter with significant income potential.What You’ll Do• Recruit technology professionals across contract and permanent roles• Build relationships with engineers, developers, and technology leaders• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and networking• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from outreach through offer acceptance• Partner with clients and internal sales teams to fill active hiring needs• Develop your own network within the technology marketWhat We’re Looking For• 1–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in technology staffing• Bachelor’s degree required• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with candidates and clients• Competitive, driven personality with a strong work ethic• Interest in building a long-term career in recruiting and staffingWhy Madison-Davis• Large established client base with consistent job volume• Exposure to both contract and permanent technology recruiting• Hands-on mentorship from experienced leadership• Uncapped commission structure with significant earning potential• Clear path for growth as you build your desk
