Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Estimator/Project manager based in the Huntsville-Decatur-Albertville Area. The Senior Estimator/Project manager will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, and coordinating with project teams to ensure successful project execution. Key tasks include reviewing project plans and specifications, identifying cost factors and risks, developing detailed cost proposals, and collaborating with clients, subcontractors, and vendors. This role also involves providing insights to improve project management efficiency and profitability while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Qualifications Proven expertise in Estimating and project management,Cost Analysis, and Project BudgetingExperience with Construction Plans, Blueprints, and Specifications ReadingStrong proficiency in Analytical Thinking, Problem-Solving, and Decision-MakingAbility to collaborate with Project Teams, Subcontractors, and VendorsProficiency in industry-standard Estimating Software and ToolsAdept Communication Skills for client and team coordinationMinimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimation or a related fieldBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred, not necessary)Knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations is an advantageStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
