This role is likely full-time; final arrangements are being determined.Ideal Candidate Will Have:Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificationExperience working with children or adolescents in educational or therapeutic settingsFamiliarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principlesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFlexibility and adaptability, especially for the float positionA collaborative approach to working with fellow educators and specialistsKey Responsibilities:Deliver direct behavioral interventions following IEPs and behavior plansCollect and accurately document data on student progressWork closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), educators, and familiesSupport a positive learning environment and foster social-emotional growthAdapt strategies to individual student needsMaintain confidentiality in all student matters
