Must work in office three (3) days a week.Salary Salary is commensurate based upon qualifications and relevant experience up to $62,999. Pay Basis Bi-weekly Job SummaryThe Accountant II will provide accounting and financial functions for Division for Enterprise Development.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesPrepare and Submit Public Works Billing according to assigned projects. Manage and Maintain project budgets, forecast expenses, submit corrections and budget transfers as needed.Receives invoices from vendors. Creates vouchers in UTShare. Enters the expenses in Student Manager/Modern Campus/E-grants.Processes client refunds with Single Pay Vouchers in UTShare for check and cash payments and with PayPal for credit card payments. Procard purchases and reconciliation. Create Eship Labels for departments.Reconciles monthly statements in SAHARA using supporting documents and research any missing documentation. Identifies, initiates, and tracks necessary accounting corrections. Create travel authorizations, process travel based on approved GSA rates and non-travel expense reimbursements in Concur and enters expenses in Student Manager/Modern Campus/Concur.Creates invoices and purchase orders for outside entities paying for clients enrolled in training courses, including corporations, state government and federal government. Some of these include the use of a client portal for the client to be able to make the payments.Processes the daily deposit, including creating the daily revenue report. This includes counting cash, checks and credit card payments, and process credit card passthrough cost center corrections.
