Seeking a BC/BE Dermatologist to complement our current team of four physicians due to rapid growth and increased demand.- Hospital employed position with support from our in-house primary and specialty care referral base.- Outpatient clinic with lab and imaging on site.- 36 hour scheduled patient contact hour work expectation with no call or weekends. - Excellent work-life balance, with a 4-day work week and no inpatient responsibilities.- EMR: Epic- Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply. - Active WA license required or ability to obtain WA licenseCompensation and Benefits:- Guaranteed first year salary: $504,825- Employment bonus, relocation reimbursement & CME allowance- Malpractice insurance is fully covered-Medical, dental, vision, disability and life.- 401a and 457b retirement plans
