Job Description Job Title: Epic Resolute HB AnalystLocation: Houston, TXJob Type: ContractPosition OverviewA leading hospital seeking an experienced Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) Analyst to support hospital revenue cycle operations. This role is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Epic HB workflows, ensuring accurate billing, claims processing, and reimbursement in alignment with payer requirements and regulatory standards.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, build, and maintain Epic Resolute HB modulesSupport hospital billing workflows including DRG coding, charge capture, and claims processingEnsure accurate claim submission and reimbursement in compliance with payer guidelinesAnalyze and resolve billing edits, denials, and system issuesCollaborate with revenue cycle, finance, and clinical teams to optimize billing processesPerform system testing, upgrades, and enhancementsProvide ongoing production support and troubleshootingMaintain documentation for workflows, configurations, and system changesRequired QualificationsEpic Resolute HB Certification (Required)Proven experience in hospital billing and revenue cycle operationsStrong understanding of DRG coding, claims lifecycle, and reimbursement methodologiesExperience with system build, testing, and support in Epic HBKnowledge of payer rules, compliance, and regulatory requirementsBackground in healthcare finance or hospital revenue cycle managementPreferred QualificationsExperience working in large healthcare systems or multi-facility environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbout Navitas Healthcare, LLC certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical, Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
