Job Description Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years OR RN experience required. This role involves working in a high-tech operating room environment with 26 spacious suites, supporting a broad spectrum of surgical procedures. Candidates will provide care to a diverse patient population including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics, across various specialties such as ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology, oral surgery, neurology, robotics, vascular, cardiac, and thoracic surgery.Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.Maintain sterile technique and manage operating room equipment and supplies.Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes promptly to the medical team.Adhere to regulatory standards and facility protocols.Qualifications:Current RN license with operating room experience.Proven ability to manage diverse surgical cases and patient populations.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to fulfill on-call requirements: 4-5 shifts per 13-week contract, which may include 12-hour shifts or on-call duties during day or night.Shift Schedules:Option of working either 4x10-hour shifts or 3x12-hour shifts.Location Insight:Hanover, NH, is known for its vibrant community and picturesque surroundings, offering an excellent quality of life.
