Senior AccountantSchedule: Full-TimePosition SummaryThe Senior Accountant is responsible for managing complex accounting processes, financial reporting, reconciliations, journal entries, and operational accounting activities. This role supports month-end and year-end close processes, analyzes financial data, maintains accounting records, and collaborates cross-functionally to improve financial accuracy and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Accounting & Financial ReportingPrepare and post journal entries accurately and timelyPerform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variancesAssist with month-end and year-end close activitiesPrepare financial analysis and management reportingMaintain general ledger accuracy and integritySupport internal and external audit requestsAnalyze financial results and provide recommendations to managementAccounts Payable & Receivable SupportReview and reconcile payable and receivable transactionsSupport invoicing, payment processing, and collections activitiesMonitor aging reports and resolve discrepanciesAssist with accruals and expense allocationsOperational & Inventory AccountingAnalyze inventory, production, and operational accounting dataMaintain product and customer accounting recordsSupport cost tracking and operational reportingAssist with reconciliation of inventory and operational accountsSystems & Process ImprovementSupport accounting system upgrades, implementations, and reporting enhancementsIdentify opportunities for process improvements and internal control enhancementsUtilize ERP systems and reporting tools to improve efficiency and reporting accuracyAdditional ResponsibilitiesPrepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis for leadershipCollaborate with operations and other departments on financial initiativesMaintain organized accounting documentation and recordsSupport special accounting projects as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting requiredMinimum 4 years of accounting experience requiredStrong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reportingAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills requiredExperience with ERP systems strongly preferredExperience with Microsoft Business Central preferredStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent attention to detail and communication skills#INMAY2026#ZRCFS#LI-KB#INJUN2026
