Key responsibilitiesProvide legal guidance on healthcare compliance and privacy matters, including HIPAA-related issues Support compliance investigations and incident response activities, including documentation and remediation tracking Assist with policy lifecycle management and maintain organized compliance documentation for auditsRequired qualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction Two to four years of experience in healthcare compliance, privacy, or regulatory support Familiarity with healthcare regulatory frameworks, including HIPAA and related compliance requirements
