The role involves leading strategy, implementation, and integration of IAM/PAM platforms while ensuring strong governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in IAM technologies, strong project leadership skills, and the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and implementation of IAM strategy, policies, and proceduresManage and deliver client IAM/PAM transformation projectsDrive integration of IAM/PAM platforms such as Saviynt, Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), SailPoint, and CyberArkDesign and implement IAM capabilities including:Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflowsMulti-Factor Authentication (MFA)Password vaulting and privileged access controlsSession monitoring and auditingConduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilitiesDevelop and implement mitigation strategies for identity-related risksEnsure compliance with identity governance and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with IT, Security, and Business teams to align IAM solutions with organizational needsProvide guidance on best practices, controls, and standards in IAM/PAMSupport organizational change management and user training initiativesRequired Skills & Qualifications8 years' experience in IAM/PAM technologies and frameworks8 years' experience managing multiple IAM workstreams and project deliveryHands-on expertise with toolsStrong understanding of identity governance, compliance, and security standardsExcellent project management skills, including timeline and budget managementStrong communication skills with the ability to explain complex IAM concepts to non-technical stakeholdersExperience working with cross-functional teams and executive leadershipBilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (mandatory)Hybrid role onsite in Jersey City, NJAdditional InformationNTT DATA endeavors to make https://us.nttdata.com accessible to any and all users.
