**Senior Technical Program Manager – Operations Data Platform**Location : Santa Clara, CA**Experience:** 8+ years | **Education:** BS/MS in CS, Computer Engineering, or equivalent**Role Overview:**Seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead **Operations and Data Platform initiatives**, driving cross-functional engineering programs from requirements through delivery. The TPM will build roadmaps, manage risks, coordinate technical teams, and communicate progress to leadership and Ops stakeholders.**Key Responsibilities:*** Lead project planning, requirements, scheduling, standups, and retrospectives.* Drive **Diagnostics (Diags) projects** with Product Engineering, Test Engineering, and Operations teams.* Define scope, success criteria, resources, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans.* Own business requirements and development of technical use cases.* Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams and senior stakeholders.* Provide executive-level project updates, decisions, risks, and status.* Manage multiple programs in a fast-paced technical environment.**Must Have:*** **8+ years** of Technical Program/Project Management experience.* Strong experience working with **Product Engineering + Test Engineering**.* Experience with **Operations/Data Platforms or hardware-related programs**.* Familiarity with **Python and server hardware**.* Strong roadmap, planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
