Computer Hardware Assembler I

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Assemble computer components and systems according to work instructions, BOMs, and production specifications. * Install and connect components such as motherboards, CPUs and cooling systems, RAM/DIMM, SSDs and hard drives, power supplies, GPUs and expansion cards, and cables and connectors. * Perform visual inspections of components and completed assemblies. * Verify component part numbers, serial numbers, and barcodes. * Perform basic functional testing and diagnostic procedures. * Test and verify memory modules and other computer components when required. * Identify defective, damaged, or incorrect components and report issues to Quality Control or Production Management. * Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures when handling electronic components. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation. * Follow all manufacturing, safety, quality, and production procedures. * Accurately complete production records, inspection forms, and test documentation. * Use hand tools and basic electronic/diagnostic equipment as required. * Meet established production quality and productivity goals. * Assist with troubleshooting assembly or component-related issues. * Maintain proper identification and traceability of components throughout the production process. QUALIFICATIONS * High School Diploma or Equivalent * Experience in computer or server manufacturing is preferred. * Experience with PC or server assembly is preferred. * Experience with hardware testing and troubleshooting is preferred. * Experience using barcode scanners and production tracking systems is preferred. * Experience working with Quality Control or manufacturing inspection procedures is preferred. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES * Familiarity with ESD-safe work environments and procedures. * Basic understanding of BIOS/UEFI and hardware diagnostics. * Good hand dexterity and strong attention to detail. * Ability to follow technical instructions, work instructions, and BOMs accurately. * Basic mechanical aptitude. * Ability to use hand tools. * Strong attention to detail What We Offer: * Wage Range - $19-22 per hour * Company-paid lunches every Friday * Gym onsite * Stocked kitchen * Awesome team and office environment If you take pride in what you do, have a passion for technology and enjoy working in a rewarding environment we want to talk to you.
