Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring and improving digital banking platforms, implementing new technologies, analyzing performance metrics, resolving customer concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to align digital offerings with customer needs. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Evansville, IN, Jasper, IN, Owensboro, KY, Louisville, KY or Whitehall, OH.QualificationsProficiency in managing digital banking systems, online platforms, and mobile banking technologiesStrong leadership skills and team management experience, with a focus on collaboration and project coordinationExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills to assess and improve digital banking performanceExperience with banking operations, regulatory compliance, and industry-related technology trendsExceptional communication and customer service skills to address and resolve client concerns effectivelyAbility to work on-site and contribute to the success of the team in a collaborative environmentBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related fieldPrevious experience in digital banking or financial services management is highly beneficial
