Complies willingly with all organizational policies and procedures.Supports all functions that maintain compliance with regulatory agencies.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesProvide extensive personalized service to customers with specific or special banking needsDevelop and expand a portfolio of clients within the affluent customer segment by selling the full range of SYB products and services in a highly consultative, needs based mannerMeet or exceed goals in prospecting, sales, revenue, consumer asset growth (deposits, investments, etc.), customer satisfaction, and market shareExecute prospecting and sales plan in a manner that is proactive and designed to increase SYB’s market share within the affluent customer segmentManage quality of specific portfolio by following lending procedures and policies, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, perform adequate credit analysis, and maintain proper credit filesEvaluate loan requests and approve credits within approved authoritySubmit credit requests above authorized limits to Division ManagerOther FunctionsSupport Bank’s commitment to community involvement by serving on external charitable Board of Directors and by attending functionsPerform other duties as assignedWorking Conditions: Indoor, office environment with occasional travel as neededMinimum Job RequirementsEducation: BS/BA in business, finance or related field and/or related experience in lieu of degreeExperience: Minimum of 2 years lending experienceSpecific SkillsProven ability to give exceptional customer serviceProven business development experienceSelf-starterExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorPhysical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee in order to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
