Duties Actively generate leads through cold calling, networking, door knocking and territory management to expand our customer base. Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on roofing options and solutions. Manage existing accounts by providing excellent customer service, upselling additional services, and ensuring client satisfaction. Develop strategic sales plans within assigned territories to maximize market penetration and revenue growth. Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to close sales effectively while maintaining profitability. Utilize Roofing CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that boost lead generation and brand awareness. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a focus on roofing, siding, windows & doors or construction industries. Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory sales and lead generation initiatives. Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build trust and close deals efficiently. Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing contacts and sales pipelines. Ability to perform product demos confidently while explaining technical details clearly to diverse audiences. Skilled in analysis techniques for identifying market opportunities and developing effective sales strategies. Adept at cold calling, inside sales, retail sales, and direct sales approaches to reach potential clients across various channels.
