Lancesoft is seeking an experienced Burn Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse for an exciting Travel Nursing job in Indianapolis, IN. Shift: 2x12 hr days Start Date: 04/16/2026 Duration: 12 weeks Pay: $2118 / WeekJob DescriptionAdult and pediatric burn trauma surgical ICU RN. Primary RN Care model. Nursing care ratios 1:2 for critical care patients. 1:1 nursing care support for burn trauma code 1 admissions and high acuity and post-operative patients. Needs include invasive hemodynamic monitoring (At least Q 1 hr), IV drip titration, nurse driven burn fluid resuscitation following Parkland formula, ventilator management, CVVH, Q 1 h pulse and flap doppler checks, initial debridement and dressing changes, conscious sedation, surgical recovery, epidural pumps.
