ServiceNow Architect
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow GenAI Architect with strong expertise in Retail Service Management and Customer Service Management (CSM) to join our client's team on a full-time, 12 month + contract basis. This is a hands-on role focused on designing, architecting, and implementing AI-driven ServiceNow solutions that enhance customer and retail service operations.Key Responsibilities:Lead the architecture and implementation of ServiceNow GenAI solutions within Retail Service Management and CSM environments.Design scalable and innovative ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and automation capabilities.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Provide hands-on configuration, development, and optimization across the ServiceNow platform.Drive best practices for GenAI adoption, governance, and platform performance.Support integration with enterprise systems and third-party applications.Mentor technical teams and provide architectural guidance throughout project delivery.Required Skills & Experience:Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with strong hands-on expertise.Deep knowledge of ServiceNow CSM and Retail Service Management modules.Experience implementing or integrating GenAI/AI capabilities within ServiceNow.Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, workflows, and platform customization.Experience working in enterprise-scale environments.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
