Any FIS/Systematics experience is a plus.What Will the Person Be Working OnApplication Development and Production Support for multiple large projectsResearch and resolve production issues, troubleshooting of mainframe on-line and batch abendsEvaluate the daily and monthly batch process to improve performance and shorten the critical path windowPerform Impact Analysis across multiple platforms and applicationsDeliver complete documentation for estimates, design and developmentIBM mainframe COBOL, CICS, MQ, DB2, JCLOn call support for production batch during off hoursWANTSExperience in Automotive Finance industryBusiness knowledge of financial services, understanding of financial services automotive lending, Customer Service, Payment Processing, Taxes, End of Term and Extension processes, Collections, Delinquency Tracking, Repossession, Charge Off, Recovery, Bankruptcy, and Accounting.Familiarity with test practices and deliverables for unit testInterpersonal style that fits the client culture
