FULL TIME IN-OFFICE BROKER OPERATIONS CONCIERGE
Position MissionThe primary mission of this role is to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the Managing Director of Wholesale Mortgage Origination by ensuring seamless broker engagement, disciplined pipeline management, and flawless execution of loan originations from initial contact through closing.This role acts as a force multiplier, enabling increased deal flow, stronger broker relationships, and faster, more efficient loan closings.About the RoleAlliance Portfolio is seeking a high-performing, relationship-driven operator to support and extend the capabilities of our Managing Director of Wholesale Mortgage Origination.This is a hybrid role combining:Broker relationship management (front-end deal flow)Loan processing & underwriting support (execution)Operational coordination (efficiency & scale)You will serve as both a broker concierge and a deal execution partner, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks while elevating the overall broker experience.What You’ll DoBroker Outreach & Relationship ManagementProactively identify, contact, and schedule meetings with mortgage brokersAct as a broker relations concierge, delivering high-touch, white-glove serviceManage ongoing broker communication, follow-ups, and relationship nurturingReduce friction for the Managing Director by owning broker coordination and responsivenessLoan Processing & UnderwritingAssist in issuing loan commitmentsManage loan files from application through closingSupport underwriting analysis (borrower, collateral, deal viability)Coordinate across all parties to ensure fast, clean, and predictable closingsPipeline & Operational LeverageMaintain full visibility into the loan pipeline and broker activityTrack tasks, deadlines, and deal milestones to ensure nothing slipsPrepare summaries, updates, and priorities for the Managing DirectorContinuously improve systems and workflows Events & Broker EngagementPlan and execute broker appreciation events and networking functionsSupport attendance at industry events and conferencesStrengthen relationships and drive deal flow through in-person engagementCompensation Structure💰 Base Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 (DOE)What We’re Looking For2–5+ years in customer service and loan processingStrong understanding of underwriting and real estate lending fundamentalsExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailStrong communicator with a relationship-first mindsetAbility to anticipate needs and reduce executive workloadCRM and loan origination system experience preferredWho Succeeds in This RoleSomeone who thinks like an operator, not just an assistantNaturally proactive—solves problems before they surfaceComfortable balancing people (brokers) and process (loans)Takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced, deal-driven environmentWhy Join Alliance Portfolio?You’ll work directly with leadership in a role designed to scale production and influence revenue growth.
