Promotion and Marketing Manager
Job Description
We are looking to fill the position of Promotion & Marketing Manager. Must be a self-starter, likes to work and enjoys talking with people. The duties will include maintaining the current actions we already have in place:· keeping client files and mailing database up to date· writing letters· coordinating with our postcard printing and mailing company· calling potential clients that have received our postcards· help creating our monthly client email promotion In addition to looking for more avenues to promote to and in with ads, conferences, research, etc. The whole purpose is to create effective promotional items and marketing ideas and get these into the hands of potential clients that result in more clients using our services. Reliable Document Retrieval is a nationwide public records research company located in Midtown Sacramento. It is a very relaxed but highly productive office. We are a very customer service forward company that provides property, business and court searches. We have also recently expanded to include more attorney type services. This position will include basic training in research so that it is known what we actually provide our clients. Must be able to type, basic computer skills, excel is a plus. No previous experience is required as we will train. The position will start off part time and work into full time.
