In this role, you’ll be a force multiplier — helping Feross stay focused on scaling a company that’s changing how organizations secure their software supply chains. You’ll play a critical role in keeping priorities moving, clearing roadblocks, and creating the space for Feross to drive the business forward.This role is remote and requires local residency in San Francisco, CA, with occasional travel as needed.What You’ll DoProvide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing their calendar, communications, and daily operationsCoordinate complex scheduling across multiple time zones with internal teams, investors, customers, and partnersBuild trust and strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersArrange domestic and international business travel, including detailed itineraries and travel documentationCoordinate board meetings, executive sessions, and all-hands events with complete logistics supportTrack strategic initiatives, manage special projects, and ensure timely follow-up on action itemsFacilitate communication between the CEO and key stakeholders including investors, board members, and executive teamAssist with occasional personal tasks and logistics to help the CEO stay organized and focused, including coordinating personal appointments, travel, and key communicationsAnticipate needs and proactively remove obstacles to keep high-priority initiatives moving forwardSupport corporate events, conferences, and speaking engagements from conception to executionWhat You’ll Bring5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting C-suite for at least 2 years in the SaaS/technology industryProven experience with complex calendar management and stakeholder coordinationExpert proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and video conferencing platformsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the natural ability to roll with the punchesA go-getter attitude — you spot problems before they happen, make decisions, and take action without waiting to be askedHighly organized, insanely resourceful, and always thinking two steps ahead to keep priorities movingInterview ProcessInformational with Lauren, Head of TalentWritten take home exerciseVirtual f2f with Jay, VP of Strategy & OperationsVirtual f2f with Amjed, VP of SalesF2f with our Founder & CEO, FerossReferencesDecision/OfferWe know how important clarity is when looking for a new role, so we've put together a read-me about the Interview Process at Socket.Benefits: Our benefits are crafted to support you and your family, so you can take care of what matters most and thrive in and outside of work.
