We enjoy spirited debate, crazy ideas, and shipping code.About The RoleWe’re hiring an Executive Assistant to support our Head of User Operations and two other executives across the operations function.This is a high-impact role focused on enabling clarity, efficiency, and execution across a fast-moving User Operations org. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent business writer, and confident enough to actively manage competing priorities across complex calendars and workflows. This person will need to be full time in our SF office.What You’ll Do Calendar & Meeting ManagementOwn complex scheduling across multiple senior leaders and stakeholdersPrioritize ruthlessly to ensure time aligns with business impactPush back when needed to protect focus and optimize leadership bandwidthTravel & ExpensesCoordinate domestic and international travel logisticsManage expenses through Ramp with accuracy and timelinessBusiness WritingDraft, edit, and refine internal communications, presentations, and leadership updatesHelp leaders articulate strategy, summarize meetings, and drive follow-upsBring structure and clarity to ambiguous inputs and fast-moving discussionsGTM Operating Rhythm SupportHelp keep key meetings, planning cycles, and cross-functional touchpoints on trackPartner closely with Recruiting to ensure interview days run smoothly and efficientlySupport offsite planning for the GTM teams, including venue sourcing, hotel contract negotiations, and travel coordinationOversee event catering and restaurant reservations, managing budgets and vendor relationships to deliver seamless team-building experiences.You may be a fit ifCore Experience6+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar roleExperience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, tech-forward environmentSkills & TraitsExceptional business writing skillsStrong judgment and prioritization—knows what matters and acts accordinglyAssertive and confident; willing to push back to improve outcomesHighly organized with strong attention to detailWorking StyleSlack-native and comfortable operating in fast, async environmentsAI-forward—uses modern tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) to move faster and produce higher-quality workGrowth mindset with a willingness to continuously improve systems and processesNice to HaveExperience supporting go-to-market (Sales, CS, RevOps, or Field Engineering) teamsOur mission is to automate coding.
