This effort supports the rapid design, deployment, operation, and sustainment of enterprise-scale AI, data, and mission platform capabilities across cloud, edge, and classified operational environment.This role supports mission analytics, AI-enabled workflows, predictive analytics, and operational intelligence applications. You will translate raw data into actionable insights, focusing on data science solutions for the mission.Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToApply advanced statistical analysis and predictive analytics techniques to complex mission datasets.Develop and deploy models for entity resolution, graph analytics, and operational intelligence.Design and implement AI-enabled workflows and applications to enhance mission efficiency.Focus on Explainable AI (XAI) to ensure model transparency, interpretability, and responsible use.Utilize Python AI ecosystems and LLM frameworks (PyTorch, Scikit-learn) for model development and implementation.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a quantitative field.4 or more years of experience in data science, machine learning, or operational intelligence.Proficiency in Python and relevant analytical libraries (e.g., PyTorch, Scikit-learn).Experience with statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and deploying models to production.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to define and measure operational value.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Large Language Model (LLM) frameworks and fine-tuning techniques.Familiarity with geospatial analytics tools.Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a relevant quantitative discipline.Clearance RequirementsFor onsite work, a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph will be required.Physical RequirementsThe person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
