Full Time Teller

Teller PositionWe are seeking two highly motivated full time tellers to join our Wabash Branch in Springfield, IL! As a teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and promoting bank products and services. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships with our clients. This position offers a great opportunity to gain experience in the banking industry and develop your skills in customer service and financial transactions.Minimum qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent1+ years of experience in customer service or cash handlingStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan paymentsProvide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any concernsPromote bank products and services to customers and refer them to appropriate departments as neededMaintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to all bank policies and proceduresAssist with opening and closing procedures and perform other duties as assignedSalary range for this position is $15.50 - $16.50/hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, compensation may include bonuses, benefits, and other incentives.
