Start Date: 4/15/26 End Date: One year with option to extend Monday to Friday; 8AM-5PM On Call: No required call. Optional call is available and compensated at an additional rate Average Number of Patients and Typical Cases or Procedures: The practice is primarily focused on spine surgery at approximately 80 percent with cranial cases making up about 20 percent. Case mix spans a broad neurosurgical spectrum. The average volume is 5 to 7 surgeries per week. Patient census varies based on the elective surgery schedule. Patients in the ICU or those admitted through the ICU are typically consults APP Coverage: Evening and weekend coverage is handled by the on call APP with formal sign out provided Physician Coverage: Full time neurosurgery attending on site Are Procedures Required:Yes. The Physician Assistant will first assist in surgery and perform minor procedures including suturing wounds and wound aspirations EMR Equipment: EPIC Credentialing Timeline or Specifics: Standard credentialing timeframe is approximately 120 days.
