This individual will partner closely with product and engineering teams to deliver innovative, user-centered experiences that leverage emerging technologies, as well as best UX practices and modern design tools.Your Responsibilities:Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the design lifecycleTranslate business and user requirements into clear, scalable, end-to-end design solutions for enterprise applicationsProduce design artifacts including concepts, wireframes, user flows, UI designs, and interactive prototypes at multiple fidelity levelsIterate based on insights from research findings, usability testing, analytics, and stakeholder feedbackContribute to design standards, including interaction specifications, UX documentation, and component usage guidelinesIncorporate emerging and AI-enabled tools to improve design workflow and outcomesPresent design decisions and articulate rationale, trade-offs, and expected user impact to stakeholdersManage multiple projects, taking ownership of high-quality deliverables from exploration through handoffYour Qualifications:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field4+ years of UX design experience, including 1–2 years working on enterprise-scale applicationsProficiency with Figma and Figma-based prototyping toolsPortfolio demonstrating complex workflows, data-intensive interfaces, and/or dashboard-heavy productsExperience working within an established component library and contributing to new components when neededStrong communication skills, with an emphasis on presenting design approaches, decisions, and alternativesTechnical familiarity with HTML, CSS, responsive design, and front-end frameworks sufficient for effective collaboration with engineering (coding not required)Preferred Qualifications:Experience using AI-based design tools to enhance workflow, with an understanding of appropriate and responsible useBackground designing products in finance, marketing, or similarly data-rich environmentsSalary Range: $125,000 – $150,000Office Hours: 9am – 5:30pmBenefits for full-time employees of Affinity Solutions begin on the first of the month following your date of hire with a generous employer contribution for medical, dental, and vision.
