Join a fairly new, innovative IT team positioned at the heart of our tech organization acting as the critical bridge between Tier 1 Helpdesk support and advanced system engineering.DutiesProvide hands-on Tier 2 IT Support, performing admin actions in core IT tools and technologies such as VS Code, Git, and command-line utilities to resolve complex technical issuesInterpret data and analyze results from multiple sources (Gravwell/Splunk, Snowflake, HIVE…etc) to design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions that drive informed decision-makingMaintain, monitor, and troubleshoot core systems ensuring secure daily operations for employees globallyProactively identify, investigate, and flag issues or system anomalies, raising awareness with the team when recurring issues or themes present themselves and driving timely resolutionDevelop, document, and share best practices across the team by actively participating in team initiatives that promote operational excellenceCollaborate cross-functionally with all IT Departments to support system integrations and process improvementsParticipate in on-call rotation for emergency escalations to ensure 24/7 system availabilityRequirements3+ years of experience in IT systems administration, technical support, or similar roleExperience in creating, maintaining, and interpreting dashboards and metrics using tools like Splunk, Gravwell, Snowflake, Hive, Apache Superset, Tableau, Retool, or Atlassian AnalyticsStrong troubleshooting skills with ability to quickly identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution in high-impact situationsFamiliarity with the backend of an IT system/tool such as: Okta, LDAP, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Workday or related enterprise platformsExcellent communication and documentation skills with emphasis on cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharingAbility to work in PT time zoneWillingness to participate in on-call rotation for emergency escalationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experienceNice to have:Experience with SQL queries and API integrationsAdvanced reporting and dashboard design skills for evolving business needsExperience analyzing data, dashboards, and trends to identify insights and evolving business needsDemonstrated ability to quickly learn and master new technologies with minimal guidanceProven track record of ramping up on unfamiliar tools and delivering resultsCompensation$65.39 – 73.50/hr W—2J-18808-Ljbffr
