You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and plant operations to ensure successful execution of controls projects and continuous improvement initiatives. ️ What's the Job? Design, construct, integrate, and support installation of manufacturing equipment and tooling for production environmentsLead and support controls development activities for new and existing manufacturing programsManage project deliverables and ensure alignment with program timing milestonesProvide project updates and presentations to senior leadershipTroubleshoot and support existing manufacturing systems and site operationsDesign and troubleshoot electrical controls systemsSupport development and testing of advanced process technologiesWork collaboratively with plant teams, suppliers, and engineering groupsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced controls engineersSupport equipment startups and launches, including travel as neededParticipate in controls and robotics design, equipment build/run-off, and buyoff activitiesUtilize PLCs, HMIs, and manufacturing network systems in daily operations What's Needed? Minimum of 5 years of controls manufacturing experienceStrong hands-on technical troubleshooting and controls experienceExperience working with PLCs, HMIs, and industrial networksAbility to work in fast-paced manufacturing and automation environmentsStrong communication and collaboration skillsExperience supporting equipment launches and manufacturing startup activitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionallyComfortable interacting with suppliers and plant operations teamsBachelor's degree is not required What's In It for Me?
