Job DescriptionProject Manager Level 2 – Customer SuccessJob SummaryThe Project Manager Level 2 independently manages small‑to‑medium projects and serves as the primary customer interface. This role owns project execution, schedule, and customer communication while building financial and commercial accountability. The Project Manager operates with a high degree of autonomy, proactively managing risks and driving resolution to ensure successful delivery of utility-scale and commercial energy projects.Key Job ResponsibilitiesServe as primary contact for assigned customer installation projectsDevelop and execute project management plans per contract specificationsCoordinate cross‑functionally with Sales, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and CommissioningDefine project objectives and lead projects through the full lifecycleManage project schedules and key milestonesIdentify, analyze, monitor, and escalate project risksManage and execute project change ordersMonitor project costs, invoices, and collections in partnership with FinanceEnsure alignment between contracts, purchase orders, sales orders, and invoicesInvestigate and resolve customer execution issuesMaintain accurate and timely project status reporting and customer correspondenceCoordinate scheduling of site training, Golden Rows, and commissioningConduct customer site visits as requiredPerform other duties as assignedQualifications6+ years of project management and/or construction management experienceBachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldPMP certification requiredDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrentlyStrong communication, problem‑solving, and customer management skillsExcel Intermediate experienceExcellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience in the solar, renewable energy, or broader energy industryPrior experience managing utility-scale or large commercial construction projectsFamiliarity with contract administration and change management processesBilingual in English and SpanishStrong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, customer-focused approachMicrosoft Project or similar scheduling toolsProficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)SalesforceSAPExperience managing projects up to multi‑million‑dollar scopeTravelAt least 25%At Array Tech, Inc., we strive to lead with our culture, and believe that our people are a key enabler of our future state.
