Project Manager

A leading media client is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a full time onsite contract role in Orlando. This position will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of technology-related projects while partnering closely with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Lead end to end project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution following established project lifecycle methodologies. Coordinate with Technology teams, business partners, and vendors to organize resources, define requirements, and drive deliverables. Facilitate project meetings, track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful outcomes. Communicate project status, milestones, and key metrics to stakeholders and leadership. Support requirements gathering, design reviews, testing activities, and scope management throughout the lifecycle. Maintain thorough documentation and ensure all requirements are delivered as defined. Perform additional duties as needed. Qualifications 5 years of project management experience; business analysis experience a plus. Strong leadership and cross-team collaboration skills. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Experience working across IT, operations, marketing, or similar functions.
