Financial / Property Accountant

ResponsibilitiesKforce has a client in the Brookfield, WI area that is looking for a Financial/Property Accountant. Responsibilities: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and process deposit receipts as needed Collaborate with Property Managers to ensure accurate financial reporting Monitor revenue and expense activity, identifying, and correcting discrepancies Post general ledger journal entries and maintain supporting documentationRequirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1-4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in property management or real estate YARDI software is a plus Knowledge of Excel is required Working Conditions: In OfficeThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
