Job Description:Fully competent in own research area within Bioscience discipline. Initiate, direct and perform research experiments and implementing strategies. Will be able to work without direct supervision and be able to advise/train less experienced scientists.Hands-on Skills: Ex vivo tumor processing, MSD multiplex cytokine assays, microscopy-based tissue characterizationCareer Growth: Exposure to patient-centric human model systems that directly inform drug development decisionsNetwork & Impact: Collaborate across functions on projects that drive real change in Early OncologyEssential: Strong laboratory skills with excellent aseptic technique, background in cell culture and cell-based assays, collaborative team player with a learning mindsetPreferred: Immunology background, experience with multiplex assays (MSD/ELISA), flow cytometry, or tissue processingSkills Required:Tissue culture experience and the ability to work with samples in sterile conditionsImmunology background, preferably practical experience in the immunology spaceIn vitro immune assay experience (such as ELISAs, FACS, protein characterization, and possibly mass spec or proteomics)Hands-on laboratory experience, ideally through full-time internships, co-op, or significant lab work rather than just undergraduate coursework
