What You'll DoRoutine Maintenance: Inspect and perform preventive maintenance on school buses and/or motor coaches.Diagnostics & Repairs: Identify and fix equipment issues.Compliance: Conduct safety checks to ensure vehicles meet all regulations.Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed service logs for all repairs and inspections.Project Work: Participate in scheduled maintenance and fleet improvement projects. What We're Looking ForSkills & Qualifications:Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Valid driver's license (CDL preferred or willingness to obtain).ASE certifications (a plus, but not required).Safety-conscious and team-oriented mindset.
