What you’ll do Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Global Revenue Operations Location: Newtown Square, PA / Chicago, IL / Atlanta, GA Expected Start Date: April 2026 Contract Duration: 6 months Work Hours: 40 hours per week; Full-time As a Global Revenue Operations intern, your role will be to assist the Global Revenue Operations team members in carrying out various projects and functions. Main responsibilities include the following: Assist in creating business analysis for the operations team along with executive leadership. Process and structure data using different systems and tools to create reports, dashboards and tools for business analysis. Provide support across North America to drive strategic operations initiatives. Work with operations subject matter experts to develop and execute on globally accepted best practices across the North America sales teams. Complete other tasks and projects requested by the Global Sales Operations Team. Expectations and Tasks Revenue Operations interns roles are successful when optimizing productivity, raising the quality of the respective support/tasks performed and increasing (internal) customer satisfaction. General role tasks and requirements: Ensure data stewardship including data enhancements and maintenance in various data processing and analytical tools. Execution of periodic reports for program & project operations. Learn how to run reports, track progress, and identify opportunities for data quality improvement. Standardization: Identify best practices related to sales and post-sales related information format and distribution and implement them across the regions. Continuously look for ways to improve reports and make sure that the right people are receiving the right information in the right time to take the most accurate business decisions. Strategy to Execution: Support development of area specific strategy, execution and operational plans. Support monitoring of specific goals (scope, quality, budget, time) to make sure process and product quality goals to are met. Support scale: Apply standards and execute defined tasks, leveraging best practices and learning from senior peers. Volunteer your outside-in perspective to provide suggestions to optimize business services tasks. Produce virtual or hands‑on enablement mechanisms that enable end‑customer autonomy where appropriate. Support knowledge management activities (coordinate, format and share knowledge) to increase speed and effectiveness. Stakeholder Communication & Support: Respond to internal stakeholders and support peers. Ensure follow‑up for efficient closure of requests. Learn to communicate effectively in a virtual – often workflow or email‑oriented – set‑up towards successful outcomes. Build on learnings and share successes with peers to enable joint progress. Support planning meetings, and overall coordination of project management activities (meetings, schedule, rooms, communication). Execute with speed & quality (as per related agreed service level agreement – SLA): Deliver repetitive tasks with attention and focus. Execution may vary in nature based on business priorities and ongoing projects. What you bring We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. Education: Undergraduate majors in Business Administration: Finance, Accounting, Management, Sales. Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program. Completion of Sophomore, pre‑Junior or Junior course level. Completed coursework: Finance, Accounting, Business Strategy, Business Operations, Sales. Ability and motivation for self‑learning. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and respond to requests under tight deadlines and in a dynamic working environment. Advance Excel. Ideally additional skills in MS Power BI. Meet your team SAP Global Revenue Operations primary responsibilities: Prepare sales leadership teams for ad hoc business reviews. Develop deep analysis on state of the business and deliver insights to sales leadership. Promote collaboration among all sales teams to drive toward a unifying goal. Identify opportunities for sustainable growth in the business. Develop and execute on franchise sales model to enable our sales force with the tools, processes and foresight to provide a consistent and valuable experience in every customer engagement. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 15-62-USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
