Global Business Development Manager AV SolutionsOxford Solutions is seeking a driven Global Business Development Manager to join our client's team. This is a new role focused on winning high-value, multi-country AV integration deals. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in exceeding sales quotas, particularly in selling AV solutions with another integrator.Preferred candidate location is on the East Coast, followed by Central, but top performers from anywhere in the U.S. will be considered.ResponsibilitiesDrive new business acquisition within the global enterprise sales segment, focusing on audiovisual solutions for workplace transformation and digital collaborationIdentify, pursue, and close multi-region, high-value opportunities with U.S.-headquartered global enterprisesLead consultative, value-based sales efforts to position AV solutions as critical enablers of customer outcomesBuild and maintain a strong pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growthDevelop relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers across IT, Facilities, Procurement, and Business UnitsCollaborate with internal teams and global partners to deliver seamless proposals and RFP responsesLeverage industry contacts and technology partnerships to accelerate global deal flowProvide market insights and competitive intelligence to strengthen go-to-market strategyTravel up to 40% (minimum 20%) as needed for client meetings and industry eventsQualificationsProven track record of exceeding quota for the last 3 yearsExperience selling AV integration solutions (required)Business development experience with an AV systems integrator strongly preferredStrong consultative and solution-selling skills with enterprise clientsAbility to lead complex, multi-country deals and RFP processesExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsMust be located near a major U.S. airport and able to travel internationally (passport required)BenefitsComprehensive health, dental, vision, and prescription coverage starting Day 1401(k) with company match, HSA/FSA options, and company-paid life insurancePaid Time OffTuition reimbursement and professional growth opportunitiesEmployee referral program and wellness perks
