Branch Manager5 days on site in Raleigh, NCExperience in either: Environmental, Remediation, Restoration Services, Commercial Industrial Cleaning (Oil spills etc) is needed.This role oversees daily operations, P&L management, business development, safety compliance, workforce leadership, fleet operations, and client relationships, while ensuring the branch operates efficiently, safely, and profitably.This individual will lead a team of approximately 7–8 employees, including 2 direct reports (Operations Lead and Coordinator), and will play a key role in driving operational excellence, employee engagement, and regional growth. The Branch Manager will also partner closely with leadership and Business Development to expand market presence, strengthen client relationships, and identify new revenue opportunities.This is a hands-on operational leadership role within a fast-paced, 24/7 emergency response environment. The ideal candidate MUST come directly from the Restoration, Environmental Services, Industrial Services, Emergency Response, or related field services industry. Candidates outside of these sectors will not be considered.Compensation:Base Salary: $100,000–$130,00010–15% Performance BonusCompany VehicleCompany Credit CardRESPONSIBILITIESLead and manage all branch operations, personnel, fleet, facilities, and regional activitiesOversee a team of 7–8 employees, including 2 direct reportsDrive branch profitability through effective P&L management, budgeting, labor utilization, and operational planningIdentify, develop, and manage new and existing business opportunities within the regionPartner closely with Business Development and Sales teams to grow market share and promote company servicesManage emergency response operations and participate in the regional on-call rotationEnsure all projects, operations, and employees maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and complianceWork closely with Health & Safety teams on incident investigations, compliance initiatives, and site-specific safety plansEnsure compliance with DOT, EPA, RCRA, and all local, state, and federal regulationsOversee fleet compliance, maintenance, repairs, dispatching, and driver log reviewsReview and approve estimates, proposals, job reports, billing documentation, and operational reportingCoordinate personnel, equipment, and resources to maximize efficiency and utilizationHire, mentor, train, and develop high-performing employeesImplement operational improvements and new technologies to increase efficienciesMaintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer serviceConduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing communication and reporting to senior leadershipManage warehouse inventory and operational supplies for immediate project and emergency response needsQUALIFICATIONSMinimum 5+ years of leadership experience within:Experience with P&L, Budgeting, Forecasting is needed - this person must know EXCEL well.RestorationEnvironmental ServicesIndustrial ServicesWaste ManagementEmergency ResponseEnvironmental RemediationCandidates MUST have experience working within a 24/7 emergency response or field services environmentExperience managing branch operations, budgets, and full P&L responsibilitiesProven leadership experience managing both field and operational personnelStrong understanding of:DOT regulationsEPA and RCRA complianceHealth & Safety protocolsPPE standardsStrong computer proficiency including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving recordHigh School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferredMust be available for varied work hours and after-hours emergency response support
