Position Overview:As a Dining Experience Specialist, you will be the vibrant face of our upscale dining atmosphere. Your warm smile, ability to connect with guests, and commitment to excellence will enhance every guest's experience, ensuring a celebration of fun and culinary delight. Schedule/Hours:We are open 7 days a week, typically from 11am to 1am, with some variations. We strive to accommodate your scheduling preferences, but flexibility is appreciated. You can expect between 15 to 30 hours of work weekly based on our needs and your availability. Key Responsibilities:Bring your best self to every shift. Anticipate guests' needs to exceed their expectations. Welcome guests warmly with a friendly demeanor. Efficiently serve tables, including taking orders and answering menu questions. Adapt to food allergies and special requests expertly. Ensure timely delivery of orders. Comply with safety and sanitation guidelines consistently. Foster teamwork and provide guidance as needed. Complete alcohol awareness training successfully. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Perform assigned opening and closing side-work duties. Undertake additional duties or projects as needed. Required Skills and Experience:You must be 18 years or older to apply. Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant is preferred, familiar with POS systems. A strong sense of emotional intelligence and self-awareness. High standards for guest satisfaction and service quality. Ability to obtain the necessary licenses for serving. Experience safely transporting food and beverages. A sense of urgency and the ability to multitask effectively in a vibrant setting. Clear communication skills and a commitment to safety. Physical Requirements:Ability to stand and walk for the entirety of your shift. Capability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
