Job DescriptionResponsibilities & Expectations Submittal drawings - review project design and sales documents and interpret to create customer submittal drawings for Project Management; save & track drawings using a combination of Project Management Software and server file tree. Liaise with external vendors for additional engineering as required. Shop Level Drawings - create shop-level drawings based upon company engineering standards and internal consultations with Engineer, Production Manager and owners. Create shop release packages and deliver/review with Engineer/Production Manager. Purchasing support - perform material take-offs and create Bill of Materials for Purchasing. Assist with vendor quotations as necessary for Purchasing. Mock-ups & samples - assist Engineer/Sales/Project Management as necessary in creating mock-ups or custom samples for projects.
