Client Engagement Performance Manager
A company is looking for a Manager, Client Engagement Systems & Performance.
Key Responsibilities
Own strategic partnerships with client engagement technology solutions and ensure alignment with the Client Engagement Framework
Define and enforce standard engagement expectations and drive governance through reporting and adoption tracking
Develop and execute client sentiment strategies and reporting frameworks to connect client engagement to business outcomes
Required Qualifications
5-8+ years in MSP operations, client engagement leadership, or SaaS platform governance
Proven track record in driving technology platform adoption across larger companies
Experience with ScalePad Lifecycle Manager (LMX) and building reporting frameworks
Ability to lead cross-company initiatives without direct authority
Strong project management and organizational skills
