A company is looking for an Engagement Leader. Key Responsibilities Own the day-to-day relationship with health system counterparts, maintaining communication and tracking engagement health Prepare client-facing deliverables and coordinate with delivery teams to ensure impactful execution Develop engagement strategies and support executive preparation for major client conversations Required Qualifications 5-8 years of experience in healthcare strategy, consulting, or health system operations Fluency in health system economics and operations Experience in client relationship ownership on multi-stakeholder engagements Ability to produce executive-quality presentations and analytical narratives Experience in cross-functional coordination without formal authority
