Physical Therapist - Outpatient - Full Time

Position: Staff Physical Therapist Location: Phoenix, AZ Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience Job Summary: Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Physical Therapist to join a collaborative outpatient rehabilitation team. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions for orthopedic, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document in EMR system Educate patients and families on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs Collaborate with referring physicians, medical staff, and other therapists to ensure optimal patient care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and clinic standards Participate in clinic meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing education Adhere to ethical and professional standards as outlined by state licensure and APTA guidelines Requirements: Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current Arizona state licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start date) Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team CPR/BLS certification Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
