The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality care, improving patient outcomes, and contributing to a positive clinic culture.Key Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plansDeliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions for orthopedic, post-surgical, and sports-related conditionsMonitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document in EMR systemEducate patients and families on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programsCollaborate with referring physicians, medical staff, and other therapists to ensure optimal patient careMaintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and clinic standardsParticipate in clinic meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing educationAdhere to ethical and professional standards as outlined by state licensure and APTA guidelinesRequirements:Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited programCurrent Arizona state licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start date)Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamCPR/BLS certificationProficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
