Required Skills and Qualifications: Board Certification in Medical Oncology or Hematology Oncology Valid DEA and CSR licenses BLS and ACLS certifications Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience Proficiency in inpatient consultations, new patient referrals (oncology & hematology) Ability to diagnose, stage, and develop treatment plans including chemotherapy and immunotherapy Strong communication and collaborative skills Nice to Have Skills: Experience with EMR systems such as ONCO and Cerner Knowledge of hospital protocols and multidisciplinary coordination Prior experience with bone marrow biopsies referral process Preferred Education and Experience: Completion of a Residency or Fellowship in Medical Oncology or Hematology Oncology Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania or eligible via IMLC Prior experience working within hospital oncology departments Other Requirements: Willingness to obtain licensure if necessary Availability for a full-time, 6-month contract starting April 13, 2026, with potential extension Ability to work day shifts (08:00 - 16:30) Monday through Friday Eligible for credentialing within two weeks or less This position offers an attractive hourly pay rate of $546, with overtime at 1.4 times the regular rate after 40 hours, and enhanced pay on holidays at 1.5 times.
