Employee Benefits Team LeadMultiple locations within state of MI - This is a hybrid role with a portion of the week in office, and a portion remote.We are seeking an Employee Benefits Team Lead to manage a team of 9 direct reports, while maintaining a book of clients as well. Team's book is small groups under 100 lives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and service assigned small group employee benefit accountsLead and develop a team of Account Managers, Benefit Advisors and Quality Assurance.QualificationsActive and valid State of Michigan Life & Health Insurance License5+ years of experience in insurance in Employee Benefit account management, ideally handing small groupsProficiency AMS360 and/or Applied EPICPerksBenefits are 100% covered by employer for employee401K matching and profit sharing, holiday bonuses, flex hours, and continuing educationHybrid work model
