Projects will be located throughout the U.S. and will include: steel, concrete, pre-stressed concrete, timber and masonry.You will develop and publish Structural Revit Standards and Manual within 90 days of hire. We are expecting to achieve 100% compliance with BIM protocols across all structural projects within 6 months. We are targeting to reduce model errors and clashes by 30% through QA/QC processes within the first year. You will conduct quarterly training sessions for team members and maintain onboarding documentation. Additionally, you will implement at least two automation workflows (Dynamo scripts or Revit API tools) within the first year. You'll be expected to maintain model health score above 90% for all active projects. You'll also need to ensure timely delivery of BIM models aligned with project schedules and budgets.As part of a multi-disciplined firm, you will be coordinating with Site/Civil Engineers, MEP Engineers, Architects and Construction Project Managers. You will be responsible for the production of structural engineering construction documents while adhering to client requirements, building code requirements and site adapt adjustments.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the structural BIM team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to company standards.Oversee model development and coordination across multi-discipline teams throughout all project phases.Establish and enforce BIM protocols, templates, and workflows to maintain consistency and efficiency.Develop and establish structural Revit standards, including best practices for modeling and documentation.Create and maintain structural detail libraries for efficient and accurate project delivery.Prepare a comprehensive Structural Revit Manual for training and onboarding new BIM team members.Conduct QA/QC reviews on models and documentation prepared by team members; resolve complex issues proactively.Other related responsibilities as necessary to fulfill the objectives of this role.QualificationsWe're looking for talented professionals who are eager to grow their skills and contribute to high-quality, meaningful work. The following qualifications will help you succeed in this role:Technical degree or equivalent experience; Revit Certification a plus7+ years of structural BIM/Revit experience, with proven leadership in managing teams and complex projects. Additional experience in developing standards and training programs is highly desirableRevit Structure (Expert Level): Advanced modeling, parametric families, and multi-disciplinary coordination.AutoCAD: For legacy details and integration with Revit workflowsAutodesk BIM 360: Cloud-based platform for real-time collaboration, document management, issue tracking, and clash detectionAutodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Automation Tools (Dynamo scripting and Revit API) and Data Exchange Formats (IFC, DWG, and other interoperability standards)MS Office & Bluebeam: For documentation, markups, and communicationWork LocationThis is a hybrid (1 or 2 days a week in the office) position based out of the following Core States Group offices; Bentonville, AR, or Frisco, TX.Company OverviewCore States Group designs, builds, and manages programs and projects across North America and has been recognized on top lists throughout the architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) industry.
