This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated attorney to work on complex, high-stakes business disputes and a variety of business-focused transactions in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of commercial litigation, from pre-litigation strategy through trial and appealsDraft pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefsConduct and defend depositionsRepresent clients in hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and court proceedingsDevelop case strategies and advise clients on risk and legal exposureCollaborate with internal teams, clients, and outside counselWillingness to perform work in litigation and transactional departments as workflow demandsDraft transactional documents with appropriate oversight and/or trainingQualificationsAdmitted to the Nevada Bar and in good standingFour to six years of commercial litigation experience, including motion practice and courtroom exposureStrong research, writing, and analytical skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectivelyExperience with e-discovery platforms and case management tools is a plusExperience drafting transactional or corporate documents is a plusExperience with business clients and/or operations is a plusCompensation packageCompensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
