Job DescriptionLitigation AssociateWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Associate to join our reputable legal team in Vegas with pay ranging from 125K-175K. As a Litigation Associate, you will play a key role in assisting with all aspects of our litigation cases, from inception to resolution.Key Responsibilities:Conducting legal research and analysisDrafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefsAssisting in deposition preparation and trial supportManaging discovery processesCommunicating with clients and opposing counselRequirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the state bar in which the position is locatedStrong research and writing skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPrior experience in litigation is preferred
