Key Responsibilities & Expectations As a Waxing Specialist, you will be a vital part of our salon's success, encompassing both technical and front-of-house duties: Service Excellence Perform all body waxing services following Pink Cherry’s exclusive technique with the highest level of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service standards. Master Brazilian waxing services within a 15-minute timeframe (training provided). Demonstrate a keen "Eye" for Eyebrow Design and Corrections, mastering our signature shaping techniques. Provide detailed product knowledge and consultations to enhance client results and satisfaction. Meet performance goals for product sales. Salon Support & Operations Embrace the teamwork mentality by assisting with all opening, closing, and sidework duties. Perform Front Desk/Receptionist responsibilities, including managing bookings, answering phones, and providing exceptional customer service (training required). Maintain impeccable cleaning and sanitation standards throughout the facility. Cover open shifts and be available for on-call coverage as needed. Shifts at both Pink Cherry Locations What We're Looking For (Required Qualifications) Licensure: Valid Nevada Cosmetology or Aesthetician License. Experience: Minimum 1 year of continuous body waxing experience in a similar salon environment. Customer Service: Minimum 1 year of professional customer service experience. Aptitude: Professional demeanor and a positive, problem-solving attitude. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced setting. Willingness to sign a Training and Non-Compete Contract upon hiring. Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods, perform deep cleaning/sanitation duties, climb ladders, and lift moderately heavy items. Compensation & Application Details Positions Available: Full-Time and Part-Time. Compensation: This is a commission-based position. A guaranteed minimum of $13/hour is provided if commission earnings do not meet this threshold.
